Photo guidelines
- Use even, soft light. Avoid harsh flash and heavy shadows.
- Include a clear front view and at least one three-quarter angle.
- Keep the subject large in the frame. Crop background noise.
- For groups, send one photo of the composition you want, plus close-ups.
- For pets, a side profile and a face-on shot help the sculpt.
- Drawings and sketches are welcome for concept pieces.
Studio and labor
Custom work carries labor. Ready pieces keep the farm running. Each custom piece is sculpted to your references, then shown to you as a preview. Nothing is printed until you approve the sculpt.
Lead times are honest estimates. Complex hair, fabric, or multi-figure work takes longer. We confirm timing with your quote.
Shipping
Pieces are packed with bracing and soft wrap. Free postage on orders over $200. Tracking is sent when the box leaves. Custom commissions: after you approve the sculpt, returns are not accepted except for manufacturing defect. See the shipping page for the full policy.
