Free postage on orders over $200. Below that threshold, a flat postage charge is added at checkout for ready pieces when Stripe is enabled.

Each piece is wrapped, braced, and labeled. Tracking is emailed when the box leaves the studio. Ready pieces ship on the lead times listed on their product pages. Custom commissions ship after approval, on the schedule confirmed with your quote.

Custom returns

Custom work carries labor. After you approve the sculpt, we do not accept returns or refunds except for manufacturing defect (broken in transit, print failure, or finish error on our side). Contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery for defect review. We will repair, remake, or refund at our discretion.

Ready pieces: unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition; postage back is yours unless the item arrived damaged.
